Our Thank You Letter to Donors
Bodhi Charity Foundation is deeply grateful for all the support received in response to our call for help as we tried to expand our network and engage with the recipients through our first Charity Trip in Vietnam this Summer. Attached please find Thank You Letter along with Donor List and a few photos.
Dear Venerables and Honorable Men, During nearly two weeks of doing charity work in many provinces and cities in Vietnam, we organized 12 trips to deliver gifts to 612 people—from scholarships for poor students who study well to gifts for orphans with disabilities. Orphans, lonely old people, leprosy patients, and especially we have had the good fortune to offer gifts to 27 monks who are seriously ill (one of whom passed away just two weeks later). With the commitment to
“bringing people joy in the morning, helping people reduce suffering in the afternoon”
we vow to bring all our abilities and understanding to serve sentient beings. Despite our best efforts, our charity trip may still not meet the expectations of the benefactors as well as the recipients. We respectfully hope that the Honorable and Virtuous Honorable Men will rejoice in your love for forgiveness. Namo Happy Tibetan Bodhisattva Ma Ha-sat. Sincerely, San Jose, August 24, 2019 Bodhi Charity Association Hội

Scholarship Letter
Tuong-Vi Tran is a 10 year old who just lost her mother to cancer and currently lives with his grandparents and an one-year-old sibling. Though she excels in her classes, she needed funding to stay in school. She applied to our organization for a scholarship.
